St. Patrick’s Day Fun!

Erin Go Bragh!

St. Patrick’s Day celebrations usually focus on delicious boiled dinners but dessert is important too especially when it comes in Irish colors like these sweet treats:

Crown Jewel Miniatures St. Patrick's Day Desserts

I usually make corned beef and cabbage dinners and loaves of Irish soda bread but this year I made Irish themed desserts that can be used year round in other settings. The festive green is perfect for springtime and easily fits in with Easter, tropical barbecues and Halloween too. All my parfaits are highly realistic with all the gaps and bubbles you expect to find in the real thing. These lime and orange ice cream parfaits show all the delicious detail:

The Irish themed meringue bowl is filled with dozens of hand-piped meringues in light orange, lime green and white. They come loose for you to display as you wish.
