Happy Easter Mini Friends!
A colorful assortment of Easter 2015 desserts are now being served in my eBay! eBay ID: Crown_Jewel_Miniatures. This was my first experience making chocolate Easter bunnies and I love them so much I can’t wait to make more!
The Easter trays include sugar cookies frosted in spring colors in the shape of eggs, flowers and stars, assorted meringues, pink parfaits, cream filled chocolate Easter eggs topped with hand-piped whipped cream and candy pearls, milk and dark chocolate Easter bunnies, tiny marshmallow stars, marzipan Easter eggs, cupcakes with candy chicks peeking out of the frosting, luscious tarts frosted in pastel tinted whipped cream and more.
The three tiered glass cake stand by Philip Grenyer of Glasscraft is fitted with delicate laser cut doilies with Easter tarts, cookies and spring meringues arranged on every level.
A sweet pink chocolate, cream filled, Easter eggs rests on top, adding colorful decoration to your dollhouse sideboard or tea table.
The faux cut glass tray used in this arrangement reminds me of my grandmother’s holiday crystal:
Easter is one of the most colorful holidays of the year and pretty enough to stock a candy shoppe or shabby kitchen.
