When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie…
Being hit in the eye with a moon size pizza pie doesn’t sound like a lot of fun but eating pizza sure is! LOL Here’s my version of authentic mozzarella pizza:
Few things make me happier than making 1:12 food look real and this pizza may be my best one yet. I used an M & C Creations (formerly T & E Brownawell) pan and it comes with the matching pizza wheel.
Making pizza inspired me to create a similar Italian specialty- focaccia bread! I used the leftover pizza dough clay and topped it with a little sauce, onions, peppers, mushrooms and black olives.
